Magela Crosignani - 3rd Ward Open Call

Magela is a brilliant up & comer. Oddly, I met her through the Internet when I was living in Uruguay and saw that she was a Uruguayan attending the AFI in L.A. I knew instantly that we could help each other through the monumental culture shock of 1.) A Spoiled American living in a third world counry and 2.) A very UN-spoiled Uruguayan being immersed in the Land of LA-LA ... and we have continued to write to each other ever since. HOWEVER ... now SHE is in Uruguay and I am in Hollywood and ... nearly FOUR YEARS LATER, we have YET to meet in person!

You KNOW which country we are finally planning to meet up in when I say that we have a date to get together and share mate ... in February!
That's showbiz!
If we were both in Uruguay right now we'd be doing it TONIGHT and already be relaxing in hammocks, drinking a nice Tannat, I'd be smoking cerrito, and we'd be talking well into the night about all manner of things. From poetry to existentialism.
And ... we WILL do that one day.

But first, we will schedule a mate for two months from now and, no doubt, talk about the biz the entire time.
